Shape traditional Rwandan pottery with local women in Kigali, learn Kubumba techniques, enjoy a personal souvenir, and support community tourism.

“I booked this activity for my 8 year-old twin daughters. Initially, I was concerned about whether or not it would be age appropriate, but it was absolutely perfect and our guide was WONDERFUL with them! She had so much patience and took extra care with each of them, allowing them space to work on the pottery themselves while equally providing guidance to ensure they crafted a nice keepsake. It was quite a joy-filled morning! She really seemed to delight in them and they truly enjoyed themselves! The activity takes place at a beautiful coffee shop and a complimentary drink is included with the pottery purchase price, up to 3500 RWF.…”
